This may sound dumb to those ahead of me, but I have had a heck of a time getting it worked out....

I would like to produce a "limited edition" set of prints. My thought was to hand sign and date the images. thus the problem, I have tried every method I could think of or find to sign/date/number an image w/o destroying it or making it look like crap.

I could sign the back, but you can't see it, I could sign the Matte (If framed, but it is not part of the actual image ... I guess I could sign the back of the print and copy to the matte...

any advise, sugestions, industry standards, etc.?

Thanks to all
